    yes it is another reason why USA should lift trade embargo against Cuba. After all we trade with communist China
    for many years and have full diplomatic relations.

    Having been a track & field coach for years, an English & Writing instructor and athletic director, and having worked closely with a wonderful Cuban lady, my dream is to one day live in  a free Cuba. I may not live long enough to realize that dream, but I can’t understand why it is not possible. Congratulations to all of the athletes from the entire world, and a special heartfelt tip of the hat to our Cuban neighbors. The true Olympic spirit is what the world should practice daily!

    Great picture.  We need to let the anger go, it has been too long.  The Cuban people here and in Cuba are the ones who suffer, not either governments. I also agree that we should lift the trade embargo, 53 years in too long. Those of us who came here as children should try to build a bridge of peace and tolerance.
